1) Messages: These are used for AI-generated responses. Every time the AI answers a query or provides information, it counts as a message.
2) Tasks: Tasks are assigned when human assistance is required. For example, we have a feature called "Ask a Rabbi", where users can ask religious questions to a Rabbi (Jewish priest). Since the AI may not always provide an accurate or satisfactory response for specific queries, these are classified as tasks, requiring human intervention.
