The District Connect app makes reporting issues like these easier than ever. The app uses GPS to identify the location of the concern and gives you a menu of common quality-of-life conditions to select for reporting. The app also allows you to snap a photo to add to your service request. Reports generated within different business districts will be automatically sent to the right team for resolution. You’ll also be able to follow your issue from the time it is reported until it is resolved.

The app also provides easy connection your local Community District’s information, including website, social media, and phone number.

Requested multiple reports, but none of them were taken care of. Sent around 10 reports, maybe one was addressed without any notification of the matter being taken care of.

Unfortunately the app is glitchy and reported problems are rarely if ever addressed.
