yConnect 12+

Like the concept, the integration with other apps and so forth. Would like to have it "learn" better, though. It assumes i want to do three sets of every weight lifting exercise, 12, 10, 8 reps. On some exercises, I've gotten it to adjust to what I want (4 sets 8 or 10 reps, or whatever), but others keep appearing. Fix that and have the ability to create exercises that I do that don't appear in the list, and make editing custom routines more easy, and it's an easy 5 star.

These people are always going in peoples account and change your personal information for example like your password and email when you are inactive for a while. They give access to your account to trainers I don’t know why but when I return to my account the password and email are always changed. Be mindful of this because they are unethical and don’t follow rules and regulations whatsoever. I am planning on filing a complaint with the governors office regarding this matter because I’ve tried the peaceful approach. I am tired of every time I am in active I have to call customer service to update my information and I am not the one who changed it. I shouldn’t have to go through this every time I choose to be inactive. I like being in nature so that is really why I am inactive but they don’t know that. It’s sad that the people you trust to keep your information and protect it they are the very ones who violate. I don’t know how these individuals even find jobs and have the capability to do such things. I don’t even trust YMCA anymore.

Will helped me set of the YConnect. I have minimum technical proficiency but just couldn’t manage the details with all the overwhelming CV-19 changes. I was stressed about the pool changes (I absolutely NEED the pool or I’ll go stark raving MAD!), new visual cues due to renovations, and new rules which I hadn’t a clue on (pool reservations etc.). But Will was open, friendly, patient and helped me get this done so I can reserve pool spots. Elija fixed my first appt so kindly - he was wonderful! As for Will, I even taught him that Y Connect could be accessed via a standard computer :-). The pool was fantastic- its been SO LONG! The life guards were SO SWEET. And finally, I can add aquatic PT to my total knee replacement recovery. THANKS Y Staff!!
