Average app, need more enhancements

- The app is deadly slow to click any tab!
- crashes all the time
- not reflecting the actual cost
- no vat included
- payment issues
- you can enhance the app because you build it right developer?

Warning: they will steal the insurance deposit

I’m from the U.S. I went to visit Saudi Arabia and I rented a car from Yelo, they asked me for SAR 1500 ($400) as a refundable insurance deposit and it will be refunded to my credit card after 21 days from the return date. It was a mistake that I trusted them. I went back to the United State and after 21 days I emailed them checking on the refund, they replied asking me to fill a form with a lot of personal information such National ID number, bank account and IBAN number, resident address. They want to wire the money internationally instead of just returning it to the same card I used. I emailed back 14 time, and I always get the same automated reply “you have to fill the information” I ask for a supervisor to communicate with me, they reply back “ clarify why you want to talk to a supervisor “ WHAT????!!! This is insane. Never again 👎🏽 the worst. Negative 5 stars 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Bad experience

Bad application and even worse customer service. No one answers calls. Customer care number has no purpose at all. No way to contact any customer service agent. All branches ask you to use the app while no one is able to even register.
