Yes Rewards by ENOC 4+

I washed my car four times for 37 AED and got a coupon. I would assume the coupon given should be the same wash FOR 37AED. But the free coupon is for the 32 AED wash. Even though it’s not fair but fine by me. I asked them to upgrade it to thr 37 AED wash and I’ll pay the extra and they said it can’t be done! Why is that?? Technically the free coupon is useless to me

This application never works, it’s functionality is extremely poor, there is always an issue with it. I have it now for almost 3 months but haven’t got a single reward as it doesn’t capture your fuel bill and neither the auto service. One weak point about it if you want to pay contactless you have to use another ENOC application and you are not entitled for YES points so my recommendation is No don’t download this YES application.

Worked wonderfully at first and I have a lot of points. Unfortunately no matter how many times I reset my password I cannot login. I continue to give my number to accumulate points and complain about not being able to login daily. Sadly today one of the attendants said most likely because I have too many points. Why have a reward system if you can’t be rewarded for continued patronage. If there’s a glitch then fix the software. Anyway one star since the app isn’t accessible.
