Tedious and barely functional

I use the app for two things: scanning my card and checking the schedules. This app is barely usable for either.

The icon for signing in with a virtual card is tiny and on the top where it is hard to reach with one hand.

Group exercise schedules don’t include any water classes. You have to go to “other schedules”, click through a dummy page, find your location, find the correct pool, and then scroll past a ton of lap swim time slots looking for something that’s different. To make that even more tedious, scrolling barely functions.

There is an “active older fitness” schedule for each location, but those are not all just for older folks, and it’s hard to find those classes unless you already know they’re available.

Since I regularly use more than one location, I have to use that awful “other schedules” to see what is at branches that aren’t my home, and that’s slow and tedious.

I have no interest in the social media stuff that seems to be 85% of the app and 95% of the developer’s focus. I go to the Y to work out with people, not my phone.

Multiple branch schedules needed

As an instructor who teaches and works out at multiple branches often, I miss being able to easily toggle between branches. Now when I go to the schedules button for all branches, there’s helpful info, but missing the group ex schedules, which is what I am looking for (and I’m guessing others are too). I also teach a specialty fitness class that I can’t tell is showing up - this would be really helpful because these are so hard sometimes for people to find online! I am excited to try some of the other features, like the workout tracking. Thank you for considering feedback!

Need more info

I used the old app for checking in and checking classes. I need to see the pool schedule along with the other classes. It would be great if we could use one icon to see all exercise schedules including lap lane availability.

It is also important to see contact info and announcements, such as special hours and closures. I can’t find that info anywhere on this app.

I do not use the app to socialize and announce or track my activity. Great idea for some folks, but app priority should be practical as well.
