A Promising Start

I had a good experience overall but with 2 things i wish they could improve in the future:

- First they should add live notifications after placing oder as how things are going, cause it took almost two hour till it got dispatched, with no data being showed except the word "processing"
I would like to know the status of the order more than that.
- Second they should make deals with big pharmacies to include more products and expand the current products stocks, cause i search for alot of popular items and it either a low or out of stock completely.

Terrible customer service!

First order, realized that if will be delivered in 3 hours. Looked everywhere trying to reschedule to a later time during the day, not an option! So, I cancelled the order. They called me back asking who I cancelled. I explained the situation, they promised to contact the pharmacy to reschedule. Surprisingly, I receive a call from the the pharmacy delivery claiming that he’s knocking the door with no answer!! So, I returned to cancel the order … again! And they called me back again! Giving me the same promise again! Eventually, nothing was delivered! So, I walked in a pharmacy to get my medicine. They told me the insurance rejected cause it’s already dispatched!!!! So, I’m in touch with the 5th different agent who has no clue about any history of contact with me, providing me with the pharmacy address to go and collect it myself!!!! Seriously!!! Lovely service!!

Great app

I love this app for its convenience and quickness. They're very attentive to customer service and orders almost always arrive within an hour.

However, one thing that needs improvement is that you will sometimes place an order for multiple items and the pharmacy will accept the order, even though they do not have some of the items in stock. I wish the pharmacy would not accept the order and pass it on to other pharmacy if they know they don't have all the items in your order.
