I’m benefiting so much from the practice of Yoga with the help of this app, all of the time. It has explained and illustrated, in detail, all of the different Yoga poses. The music is good and there is an option for adjusting the pace and for holding the poses for different durations. There is also an excellent premium version of this app that offers even more than all of the essentials that are covered with Basic, and Basic is what I have although I badly want to upgrade to Premium and am wondering if there is a scholarship option available for those who are low income but really love the app and give it support as much as possible? I seriously actively recommend this to all my friends, even to people who I know will never do Yoga.. that said, the only change I can think of making at this time is that the app could cover Pranayama (breathing techniques) and also—unless Premium already has this and I missed it, some Guided Visualization and meditation within the practice by some Coaches. That would really help me a lot and complete my Yoga practice so well that I might not even need an in-person class at some point. I love Yoga by at 7m!! :) :) <3Oh, also being able to customize my profile more would really help me with some medical needs that I know myself and a lot of other people struggle with when it comes to identity issues. I remember doing yoga in my high school PE class. I really enjoyed it then, though I didn’t enjoy having the kids around me laugh at every little thing. Over the last few years, I had been wanting to join another fitness class or a yoga class of some sort but I didn’t have the time or money. Now that I’ve been confined to my house for a few days, I was thinking “what can I do to keep in shape?” I had sprained my wrist a few months ago and I was starting to feel it again after doing some gardening, so I know a hardcore fitness app was out of the question. Then I thought “what about yoga?” Remember how much I had enjoyed it in high school. I wasn’t interested in a paid app because I wasn’t sure of the time constraints I would be facing and I don’t have the money for a subscription. Then I happened upon this one. It’s free completely free and it has little tutorials to show you how to do each pose before entering the work out. The only thing I wish was that there were breathing instructions on screen while you are doing the poses. Breathing is a very important part to yoga along with proper positioning. On the other hand, I enjoy that there isn’t a lot of talking and noise while you’re doing them so you really can just relax. The only thing Other thing I wish was part of this is how to transition from one pose to the next. Overall, I’ve had a really enjoyable experience so far and I’m already starting to feel a bit sore. It’s also helping me stretch out my wrist with out over doing it, and I think that’s helping it heal 😁

I knew my poor body was craving & needing stretching for too long now . One morning I felt so tight & creaky I told myself that’s it ! I have to do something NOW ! I also have a rather physically demanding job & I do a lot of heavy lifting , plus I’m female & I’ve noticed my back getting very tight lately . Not good . This is the first yoga app I came across ¬iced it had very good ratings so I settled on it & I’m extremely pleased so far , it’s only my second day & I’m feeling considerably much better already . The whole experience using this app is very pleasant & not at all intimidating for a beginner like me . I like the simple illustration of each pose , there’s no unnecessary chattering ,the voice guiding each pose is so very pleasant calming & to the point .The music choices are great too , the whole thing works to keep my mind focused which is a feat considering my brain can behave like a squirrel on crack . I look forward to getting more flexible with time , there’s some poses I have to modify in form because my body just can’t fold it’s self in certain ways just yet & that’s ok , I have to begin somewhere & my body is just now being used in a different way & getting things limbered up & stretched . Now I see when I’ve read that people say yoga makes you feel invigorated after you do it , it does! It releases tension & it’s like energy is flowing through my body in a new good way & mentally it does a lot of good . All of this I can do in the privacy of my bedroom & it’s free!

I started using this app about a month ago as someone that knew very little about yoga and was also not very physically active or flexible. My goal was to intentionally incorporate physical movement into my daily routine and to become more flexible. So far, I love the app. It’s very easy to use, and perfect for beginners since you can choose your workout based on whatever level you’re already on, you can preview the workouts, and there is a video on how to execute all the poses correctly so you don’t have to wonder if you’re in good form. The app also tracks your progress, and you can choose to add your weight and things like that if you’d like to track weight loss. I like that there are a variety of workouts to choose from, and that it talks to you so you know when to change poses without having to look at the screen, and I like that you can add the workouts you like most to your favorites folder, which makes them even more easily accessible. Before using this app I tried getting into yoga several times but couldn’t stick to it, and now, because of the ease of use and the guidance during sessions, I look forward to doing yoga every day. My flexibility has improved, I feel more energized, and I’m excited about moving on to more difficult workouts. Definitely will continue to use, definitely recommend.
