I want to give a big thank you to Chris from the Yoga-go exercise app team for providing outstanding customer service. When I first signed up for the program, I mistakenly entered my email address incorrectly and was unable to log in, even though I already been charged. Feeling frustrated, I reached out to the Yoga-Go Support team.Chris promptly contacted me, quickly identified the issue, and assured me that their IT department would address it as soon as possible. When I followed up after a couple of days, Chris was patient, understanding, and offered a solution that made me feel valued as a customer. Thanks to his help, my membership was activated smoothly, and I was finally able to access the app. I’m so impressed with the wide variety of programs the Yoga-Go app offers- they are well- designed, engaging, and a joy to follow.Overall, I am grateful for the excellent support I received and highly recommend both the Yoga-Go app and its customer service team. Thank you again, Chris, for turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience.

The layout of their product/services is very disorganized. I purchased two specific features, and was unable to even find them once I opened up the app. I was unable to view the app to see how it would show up prior to authorizing my purchase. Once you buy the regular purchase, they force you to go through a whole bunch of other selections to add more things to subscriptions. I did not like this pressure, marketing, but was still willing to give it a try. Once I finish the purchase process, I downloaded the app. this is when I found out it was not possible to determine where the things were that I purchased. Since I did not like this format at all, I looked for another app and found one that is great! It offers more services and is extremely well organized for the same price. It is called Bettet Me. I tried asking for a refund since I didn’t use any of the services at all, however, despite my attempts to explain not only that I didn’t use it, but I didn’t want a free year subscription since I didn’t even want the three month subscription due to the poor user format. I kept getting repeats of the same offers and denial of refund. I can understand not refunding if I had used even 30 seconds of any of the program. I would definitely not recommend this app not only for its inability to be user-friendly but also for the poor customer service try better me it is amazing!

I recently lost about 40 pounds and wanted to add toning exercises to my routine- already walking an hour 5 days a week. I purchased your program and started on the 30 day plan. At first it seemed easy enough for a start and worked up to harder workouts. I had no problems with easy and have moved into medium and am finding it difficult and currently unable to do some of the exercises but am confident with time I will get them down, but feel I will be at medium for awhile. I am 70 yrs old. I have found that now I am able to get up and down from the floor with ease which is fabulous for me. I am happy with the APP and looking forward to the toning and mobility results I will receive. I am glad also that I can stop and watch the new exercise and reverse to start it over to get it correct. I would like a little extra time when they say do at your own pace I sometimes feel rushed and not getting the full benefit. Overall I am very pleased.

I like this app for the most part and I think the beginners yoga is actually “true beginners”. A lot of workouts like to claim they’re for beginners or all skill levels but they’re actually more advanced. I think the voiceover does a decent job explaining each pose which is critical for completing the workout correctly.My issues with the app is more so with the technology. Nearly every video I watch has at least one portion that switches poses abruptly. Like one minute, we’re laying down and then all of a sudden the trainer is standing up and neglected to mention the changes. The video should be edited better to allow people to transition easily rather than feeling like we have to rush into the next pose and being behind. Also, when I try to rewind using the 10 sec back button, the video will not go any further back than the beginning of the pose you’re currently on. So if you want to go back any further than that, you’d have to exit the video and start over.There’s definite potential with this app, would just like to see some of the technology features cleaned up a bit.

Edit 2: I received an email asking what I want....1. Workouts that I was formally using are now gone. 2. Workouts are all geared toward elderly, bring back the previous workouts. 3. No workouts that are including a chair, couch, or a wall. 4. Workouts that were geared towards the younger age group. I paid for this service for the year in full. Half way though the membership and everything changed. I tried to make due, then another update. Out of the 7 workouts I had, only 1 remains. Edit from original review....even more workouts have been removed! Such a disappointment after receiving an email stating some of the old workouts have been reinstated. I have been using this app for 3 years. Suddenly the app changed and is now geared towards an older generation with chair and couch workouts and meditation. There used to be at least 50 workouts to choose from, now 15....half of which are short meditation. This app may be fine for some, but horrible for those truly looking for yoga and pilates workouts, especially when used 3 times daily, purchase yearly, and an "upgrade" to benefit who??? Also....you can never email or get a person to respond...it is only automated.

Company is crooked and refused the promised refund on a technicality. WELLTECH APPS LIMITED responded to your review of Yoga-Go Pilates & Home Workout WELLTECH APPS LIMITED "Hello! Our Terms of Use and Refund Policy are always available to users during the sign-up and before the checkout. If you have questions, please contact us at [email], and our support team will be happy to help you." Regarding your canned response above. I signed up for a trial membership on a flight and did not run your terms and conditions by my attorney. It was a $15 charge. I have already cost your company much more than that in email exchanges with customer service personnel and your response above. Just because you can possibly keep my money, doesn’t mean it makes good business sense. If you had refunded the $15 on the first or second request you would have had my good will and I may have tried another one of your fitness apps and recommended your company to friends. I will be happy to discuss further if you reconsider your ridiculously rigid position. I mean come on. It’s $15. After much back and forth, my concerns were never addressed.

I’m getting back into yoga after a long absence and a couple surgeries and this is great way to customize my practice based on my changing needs. I love that you can share feedback on class difficulty each time and it was only 2 days before all my classes were the perfect level. I really enjoy these classes, the instruction, and the ambient background noises like birds, rain or crackling fire. My feedback it about monitoring what I’ve done for the day and tracking more information. For example: I want to easily see that on Wed, I completed 5 classes for a total of 30 min and maybe burned 100 calories. If this dashboard exists, I wasn’t able to find it. Ultimately this would be an amazing program if I was able to track my weight and measurements and how long I had spent on each body part and if I could integrate it with Apple Health or my Apple Watch. Can’t wait to see the amazing places this program goes!

Overall I think this is a decent app if you want yoga routines that are not spiritually-based which is great for me as I use yoga as a way to work out without high intensity. However the way that some of the videos are laid out is very clunky and obviously they have just pasted together videos of the instructors going from one posed to another but that leaves bizarre gapsWhere it tells you to sit up from a lying down position only to immediately go back into lying down for the next position and awkward transitions like that. It also seems to not have taken in my change of settings as I went from beginner to advanced to intermediate while using this app for over a year. After each workout, it asks me whether or not it was too easy, perfect, or too hard but there’s no indication that the app is taking that into consideration for my future workouts, only if I share it with other people which I don’t want to do and as I’ve paid for it I don’t feel like I should have to. It just seems overall but the app is very much on auto pilot rather than actually taking the users preferences into consideration.

I bought the app because I thought it would help me to lose weight. So far, after eight days, I’ve lost 2 pounds. I must say, though that I am foundering and wandering around the site not knowing what to do except pick random workouts and start on them. There is no guidance about how I should go about losing the weight. No program per se to follow except doing the workouts. There are many available and I don’t know for sure which one I should be doing. Setting the limits. Is difficult because I’m not sure what they mean by beginner intermediate. Or advanced. I have been doing tai chi for seven years and the chai Chi out is very fundamental and far too easy. The chair yoga is nowhere near able to help me drop weight within the timeframe that they recommended. However, it may be too early to tell. It’s only been eight days. So I will continue to found her around and try to do workouts. There is no sequence of workouts that I can tell and I am hoping that they will become more difficult as time goes on. At this point, I’m not sure it was worth the investment. We’ll see.

They spend more time & energy on defending their terms of service than focusing on customer satisfaction. You will get no reminders before they auto renew you for $90, you will not be refunded. If you cancel to avoid the next auto renewal they will revoke access to all features in the app - regardless of your acct having just been auto renewed FOR 6 MONTHS, FOR $90. TBH, I don’t have any confidence that they won’t try to bill me again in 6 months… just bad biz. UPDATE: between my posting a review and their reply to it, I have been going back and forth with “Chris” via email and getting nothing but boilerplate apologies and policy reminders and zero resolution. An offer for a free year of access means nothing if you can’t even provide access now when I have paid $135 in the span of under 7 months.UPDATE 2: after days of back and forth seemingly fruitless emails, I was finally granted a full refund. I waited for it to clear with my bank - yesterday - to share that detail and close the loop on this review; and I see they just amended their reply to my original review today with much less defensive language, so maybe there’s some effort there towards improving biz but still…
