Created by Madhav West, a highly experienced yoga and meditation teacher. Madhav received 4 years full time professional training at the Satyananda Yoga Academy Australia and the Bihar School of Yoga in India in Yogic Science. He is also qualified in the field of Health Science and Naturopathic Medicine.

I have been practicing yoga for many years and have sought out countless methods of meditation. This is app is the best meditation I have ever experienced and it is affecting my ability to sleep in ways I had always hoped for. In addition, the positive affirmations combined with the relaxation technique has certainly changed my ability to care for myself and to live in more encouraging ways with others. I feel as if I operate in my own “space” and better understand myself as separate from others. I would highly recommend this app for anyone struggling with relaxation, sleep, depression or anxiety.

I’ve been using it for four years now, especially during times of severe insomnia.
Thirty minutes of yoga nidra really does help me feel like I got a fuller night of sleep. Though it’s not the same as getting 6-8 hours, using this app gives me much needed benefits during those times. My stress levels remain low. I’m able to stay focused and a lot more energized throughout the day. Plus it’s great way to sneak in a meditation practice.
I tell people about this app all the time, especially if they don’t have time to take a nap or unable to (like myself).
This has been one of the best apps on my phone. I use it all the time just for a quick refresher or deeper rest constantly.. There have been days when I haven't been able to sleep ALL NIGHT.. seriously. I've played this (30 min version) back to back 4 times and felt so deeply rested that I was able to do my day feeling wonderful.. I share it with everyone who could use it.
