Returns very hard, contacting this company very hard

Usually when I choose a place online to order from, I choose so that I don’t have to spend so much time returning stuff that doesn’t fit, especially for class. This company failed in that it doesn’t include return labels, and you have to go to the post office spend your own money to return an item that does not fit. This should be a working cost of doing business as a lot of clothes don’t fit and I feel like paying 100+ dollars for a couple yoga pants, they would be able to work this cost in. One of them fit but the other one did not fit, it was Free people and the sizing is notoriously all over the shop shop. I remember 10 years ago we would order from catalogs and they would send us the clothes along with return shipping label so that it was easy to return stuff, even if you didn’t use the labels. Now it seems like we’ve gone back in time to 20 years ago when they were no shipping labels and no customer service. This to me is unacceptable and this is online retail 101. I probably will never order from this company again just because they’re not making my shopping experience very easy and I order online because I don’t have a lot of time, and when you have to repackage your clothes find a courier go to the post office print a return label, it just makes it a lot harder and adds a lot of time on especially if you have multiple other places that do this. To me this is unacceptable and a complete waste of my time. I do not respect any companies that can’t do basic online sales. Also they were very hard to get hold of. I had to Google the number for them. They do not have customer service in there drop-down menu. Also they do not have any help section. This led me to spend two weeks of my time looking through their website in by bit. Then I just ended up googling their number. Which came up with a different number for a company that is run by then something to do with swimsuits, so I thought I was calling the wrong company at that time, but it was actually them. The whole process was confusing. I would just avoid this company if you possibly could. This was my first and only time ordering from this company. I did give them some feedback on the phone and said I probably wouldn’t order from this company again, the lady sound offended but I tried to say it nice and I don’t know but doesn’t seem like these guys are trying to do a better job.

I also just found out they do not give you your money back on tax, even though you’re returning the item the tax is not refunded. And also you have to pay for a label so you are losing at least $10 here on every transaction. If you need to return it. I’m not sure why they don’t refund the tags because an item was not sold, that is very weird to me and seems like stealing under the guise of business.
