Don't buy if you have the book
I bought this app as an adjunct to the book. Goal being to avoid flipping pages and having to go back and forth between each day of the program and the main routine. The app says you can access premade programs as well as make your own. True, but it is so inconvenient. To create a program you have to flip through the pose database in order alphabetically. So if you have to go from mountain pose to calf raises you start in the a's go to the m's then back to the c's, etc. It takes forever. There should be a alphabet navigation side bar. Also the edit button only allows for adding or deleting, no reordering, so get all the poses in the right order the first time or start all over. You can't change the reps for poses/toners either and they don't match the book. Honestly, the only reason to purchase would be as a substitute for the book since its way cheaper and has the book is included in ipad form. If you have the book, DO NOT BUY.
Read only - no video or audio
I'm pretty sure Jennifer Aniston and the other celebrities didn't read their workouts. I may have just assumed the workout portion of this app would have at least audio instruction. Yoga poses can be difficult but even more so when you try to read and then do the pose or read while doing the pose. Also, don't try looking through the days to get familiar with it. The next time you open the app, it will show you are several days into your program. There's no start and stop, so if you looked at it, you do it. There is a lot of good information and I like the routine and poses but it would be helpful to have audio instruction for the workout portion.
Cannot open "main workout" on day 1.
Nothing happens when I click on the link. Can't rate yet, need to know how to fix.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
