We are a certified yoga teacher with over 20 years of yoga practice in both the USA and India and a stay-at-home mom. We are passionate about yoga, balanced living and enjoying with awareness. I love it. I’m not really good at getting started with any workout in the morning and knowing it’s only 7 (or 14 if you want) minutes, helps! I’m also not really the kind of person who would sit down and breathe, but because it’s part of a routine I do it and I’m happier because of it. There is a separate meditation timer, also. They give a lot of (written) info about how to do the pose, how to make it easier or more challenging. Nevertheless, I found my pre-yoga-knowledge helpful, to do the poses.
I love it. As an older person I first read the adaptations and I also set the transition time to 1 1/2 minute, so I can take my time getting ready for the next pose. I choose the 14 minute option because it has a longer breathing and warm up time, which I like. And I skip some poses. I always end with meditation.
Absolutely lovely. 7 min every morning I can spare, than I do 3 minutes meditation and I’m ready for the day... adjustable timer makes it easy to meditate longer and you can double the 7 min for more yoga too. A lovely mix of exercises and breath and stretches. Great
