We are a Kundalini yoga teacher and a stay-at-home mom who are passionate about mindful, healthy and balanced living, cooking … and eating! What we cook for ourselves and our son&daughter is what we photograph, write down or record on video for you to enjoy with us.

Tasty good-for-you food
This looks so good and delicious and it's all healthy food. Even if you're not into yoga this has really useful information about the foods' health benefits. You can tell the makers are passionate about what they're doing which I prefer to those pure profit driven cooking apps ... thumbs up on this one!
Wonderful app just like the other 2 in this series. The basic info like chakras, diet info, meditation timer is overlapping with the others, but the recipes are all new and focused on an international cuisine
Great food and lifestyle app
Love to read all the extras on food, chakras, diet, yoga - there is a meditation timer as well. Lots of recipes for anyone who wants to do yoga with one (and a half) foot into the real world
