Out of the 4 orders I’ve placed and 4 items I actually received I was very pleased with one. One item I got refunded b/c it was out of stock and I chose not to wait the time frame for it to arrive. The refund process was quick and easy and Yoins was very quick to respond. Two of the items I ordered did not fit at all. One was a dress that was way too short but fit otherwise and the another mini dress that absolutely love. My last order was a 2 piece set but I only received 1 of the 2 pieces. I waiting on the response and resolution from support. I have no doubt they will respond quickly to resolve the issue. I will order again being more mindful of how a dress may fit based on the style.

I ordered five dresses at the end of July for a trip during Labor Day week. They were both put on back order and then split. First I got an e mail that the order was split (1 order with 1 dress and a second order with the other 4 dresses) and only 1 of the dresses was on back order. After a week of no dresses, I found out that both orders were put on back order. I never received an email of when the items were expected to be back in stock. I contacted customer service three times. I spoke to someone twice in live chat about status of my orders and they were able to tell me that 15 days is expected for re stock. The third time was an e mail to customer service and they never got back to me. I realize that there is a section in “frequently asked questions” on their website, but I am disappointed in customer service; I think the restocking date and estimated arrival date should be included in The initial e mail about the back order
When I finally got my 4 dresses almost 1 month later (I am cancelling my other dress that was expected to re stock a week ago which no one updated me about, but the other 4 dresses shipped when I was told they would be re stocked to the day) I was really happy because the fabric and the dresses are beautiful. Unfortunately, they were all too big for me (I am a XS). I am happy with the two I kept and they’ll do for vaca. Unfortunately, I’m not planning to buy anything from this site again

If there is any out of stock item in your order, we will ship the in-stock items first so that you can receive your items earlier.

We are doing many promotional activities online and many of the items are hot sales. For these hot sales items, we show the expected dispatched date on your own account center so that you can be aware of the expected dispatched date. In addition, an informed email will be sent if your order has already exceeded the expected dispatched time. And we will provide several options in an informed email: wait within the restocking time, change the out-of-stock item to another similar one or refund the out-of-stock item to inform customers about this order status. If we didn't receive any response from our customers at a certain time, we will cancel the order and arrange a full refund first. Once again sorry for this inconvenience caused.

Real customer; very impressed!

I ordered 2 dresses off their app and afterwards I read a ton of bad reviews about not receiving items, not receiving refunds, items completely different than website showed etc. So needless to say I fully expected never to see my items and basically figured I'd thrown my money away. Well I am thrilled to say that I was not one of those bad reviews as I received my order in only 8 days! (Would have been 7 except there was an issue with post office on my end). And the items, while they don't look as good as I'd hoped on me, they certainly are as described and appear to be decent quality. Not sure if I would order again but I definitely did not have a bad experience with them.
