Used the app twice and it took about 3-4hrs before someone replied. If your going to release an app like this you better have someone at the 911 center monitoring 24/7.
App is buggy - UI is defective
While writing, text doesn't scroll down . Replies from YPD show as existing but cannot be read (when clicking submitted tip, it's blank)..
