Finally! The app I’ve been searching for!

Just came across this app after spending so many precious hours trying to find the best, ADHD-friendly time management/calendar apps for months… I honestly never thought I would find something satisfactory for my ADHD brain. It’s been a nightmare learning so many different apps that I end up never touching again…

But this app is different. First off, I’m not bombarded with a dozen different buttons and lengthy tutorials to learn how to begin using the app. I love that I’m able to simply just create my tasks and even use AI to write the sub tasks for me… (my favorite feature.) I especially enjoy the habit-tracker! I thought that was a nice feature to add because as someone with ADHD, I really struggle with consistency. So this allows me to keep track of my habits and get that little dopamine boost for doing a good job. I’ve downloaded Yoodoo for my MacBook too actually, and… it seems like it’s just designed for the phone for now, but ironically, I love that it doesn’t take up my entire screen. It’s like a mini task bar that I can keep open while letting my main work take up my screen.

Overall, it’s just exactly what I’ve been looking for. I create tasks, assign them due dates, can visually see the due dates at all times so I know when I really should quit procrastinating on a task, and I can even block time for my tasks using the Timeline tab. There’s even different sections we can create to keep our tasks more organized. It’s simple, easy-to-use, easy for my ADHD brain to work with. I can’t even tell you how happy I am that I’ve found this… I almost thought about just making an app myself for people with ADHD but I was hoping there’d be that one perfect app hiding somewhere already…

Still learning more about the app, so I’ll update this once I use it for a longer period of time. 👍 Great stuff! I look forward to seeing this grow. I also love that the team is already brainstorming more features. Yay!

Does not work

I paid for a pro subscription. You need too for this app to be off any use. But it’s still buggy. The app keeps restarting and I lose my edited tasks. And when I schedule a task it doesn’t show in my timeline, nine times out of ten. You don’t need this product. Google Mail, Google Calendar, Google Reminders and Google tasks achieve all the same things and displays it right there on your calendar.

Don’t buy use FREE Apple products

This is another useless time management app that charges patrons to do the exact same things that apps like Apple Reminders, Calendars, Freeform, and you can use a free pomodoro app to manage time limits on tasks. Also, Google offers free services. I believe that all the positive stars are from friends and family. What’s worst is that they targeting people with ADHD 😔

Developer Response ,

Thanks for the feedback! Apple and Google do have some solid free tools, no argument there - though it does take a few apps to do what Yoodoo handles in one. I built Yoodoo to offer something different, but I get it—why bother when the basics are already out there? As for targeting ADHD users, I must've missed the memo that trying to help is a bad thing, 90% of users tell me it helps them with their ADHD. But hey, maybe I should just let the tech giants handle everything. Clearly, innovation is overrated.

Good luck with those free tools!
