Frustrating for anyone who is actually struggling

If you are struggling with depression, you need immediate, easy and streamlined coping techniques at your fingertips, and this app is none of those things. The signup is cumbersome, and you are forced to learn about Covid before you can move on to the other topics. Covid is old news at this point. No one wants to sit through that. Why add this much frustration for someone who is already struggling emotionally?
