User hostile

The transition from MyBRD to You RRD should be transparent, like a version upgrade. No, it wasn’t.
Registration process is a big challenge if you don’t have a +40 number. Why???
My number is +1 and it is registered with the bank as my contact number. Why can’t be used to register?
To register a new device you have to call a help service. They will forward your request to a hidden help team. This team will call you in their office hours, most probably when you are slipping or being busy. With all due respect, I can’t see anything so hostile to users in the apps space.

Worst Banking App in Romania

This is by far the worst banking app in Romania.
1. This is the only banking application that requires a trip to the bank to be activated on a new device. Even on the old app you could enroll a new device using an already enrolled one. What happens if you are abroad and can’t go to the bank?
2. You can no longer make instant transfers, although you could with the old application.
3. There are periods of time when the app simply do not want to open and is stuck on loading screen.
4. The UI is simple, but not so intuitive.

Worst banking app ever

This will stay in history as one of the most catastrophic and non user friendly app ever. From the convoluted login process, to the +40 bug that only allows users with a Romanian number to use it… there’s just so many issues I don’t even know where to begin. The only answer I got from BRD was “we’re working on it”. Well, good luck and get to work because you have a lot of catching up to do with other banking apps.
