This app needs to get fixed.
I only wanted to reset my password,
I get the email to reset my password at

Then 2:57
Then another at 2:57
And another 2:57
And yet another at 2:57

And another at 3:04
And the last one at 3:06

Now tell me, did I really need THIRTEEN EMAILS in TWELVE MINUTES just to reset a password?

Appreciate this app

I’ve had this app for a couple of years now and with the exception of a couple of early bugs I think it’s great. It has saved me many travel hassles when I get alerts about traffic accidents in my city. Knowing that the Police are using it to keep us informed of issues of all kinds as quick as possible adds peace of mind.

Dysfunctional

Just got a notification about a police incident in my town. Tapped the notification to see what is happening. App continually freezes then isn’t logged in. How did I get a local notification if my account is not logged in? Repeated attempts to log in cause the app to crash. This app is a piece of junk. Hopefully the police incident isn’t near my home but I can’t read the notification so I could be in danger.
