Description
Hello, I am Erik the solo programmer of YouDJ, building this DJ app for 10 years as a passion project. This is a honest app, all features are unlocked with no subscription and no ads.
My mission is to create the most FUN and EASY dj mixer app, so even my mother can be a DJ!
Therefore, YouDJ is NOT the most complete DJ app but offers the MUST-HAVE DJ TOOLS. You will see that all the tools are pretty high quality! That's because I am an expert in this field working as an audio engineer. I built advanced technologies to allow everyone to mix like a pro and have fun doing it. It is still usable by advanced DJs but if you need more tools (MIDI controllers...), use a pro DJ app.
Included DJ tools : 2 virtual turntables, 16 sound effects such echo/flanger/crusher, sampler with 80 built-in samples, realistic vinyl scratching, auto beat synchronization, keylock, seamless loops, playlist automix, hotcues, 3 bands equalizer, crossfader, low/high pass filter, music visualization (party mode)...
To finish, you don't need to have music on your device, the app is preloaded with great music from talented artists I personally know. Please support the artists by following them on social medias. You can also play MP3 files stored on your device.
Important : No DJ app (including YouDJ) will work with Apple Music / Spotify / Youtube Music because these are closed platforms and all their songs are encrypted with DRM. Also there is no legal way to mix popular music without paying on mobile, so don't ask me why there is no Justin Bieber in the demo playlists!! ;)
YouDJ is available on all desktop and mobile platforms. You should definitely try at least the computer version too (you.dj).

HOW TO MIX
What you got is a traditional DJ setup : 2 turntables and a mixer. Your mission is to play simultaneously two songs on each turntable and to use the mixer to mix them together.
To spice up your mix, you can use effects such as the loops, the fx pads, the eq, the scratch, the sampler, the hot cues...

Its totally free no tricks or lies. always answers emails or concerns, give this man 5 stars twice for the dedication twice on this review to make it a max 10 stars. this app has what you need to play and mashup ur own remixes from music provides that help other music singers , producers get noticed by big labels. from rock, techno, house, indie and even countty music and more. try it out tofay, garbtuee you will be back everyday to see changes of uploads and updates from the developer. as a dj remixer, producer myself, i know at the end of the road this app would def grow much bigger and more popularly acroos many platforms for artist to use and share. This is awesome! The only DJ app that’s free and no ads! You don’t have to purchase anything! I have a few things for you to add. 1. Please add more songs and genres, like add this genre called Hands Up, like Getter Jaani - Rockefeller Street (CLAWZ Bootleg), TWiiNS - Boys Boys Boys (DJ KS and LazerzF!ne Bootleg 2022) (Extended Mix), Sia - Cheap Trills (LazerzF!ne And DJ KS Extended Bootleg), DCX - Flying high (Cafdaly Bootleg), DJ Elektroshock - Upside Down (Alejz Remix), Miani - Vivi Nell Aria (Voldo Remix 2K16), Groove Coverage - Poison (LazerzF!ne Remix), Alice Cooper - Poison (DJ Gollum Electro Remix), DJ Gollum Ft Scarlett - Poison (DJ Gollum Meets Money G Edit), S3RL - Nightcore This (CLAWZ vs Ghostly Raverz Bootleg), Lota - Bonjour Madame (CLAWZ Bootleg), and Deep Spirt - No Cover Song (DJ KS and LazerzF!ne bootleg). And can you make all the desktop features on the desktop version of this app to mobile? 2. Add these 3 songs: Boosterz Inc. - Lick On Me (DJ Splash Remix) LazerzF!ne - Lick On Me (Original Mix) and LazerzF!ne - Bamboo Lover (Original Mix and Edit). That’s it and please respond to me 😃👏 EDIT: I didn’t know that. I think you should give the Artist credit to use their song. If they say no, I will understand. Please respond and edit your response once you credit the Artist.

Thanks man but maybe there is a misunderstanding but it is NOT ME who adds songs but artists who contacts me directly to add their songs. So you have to contact these artists to ask them if they want and if they can (label deals) add their music on youdj for free (no copyright fees for them but great promotion). Copyrighted music for free doesnt exist anymore at least not on mobile, thats the system, I cant change it, I am just a random programmer… 😄
A lot of fun with little commitment
YOUDJ is a great app that helps introduce people interested in teaching to some of the basic functionality of a DJ controller and basic techniques without having to buy all the equipment. This is also great if you want to travel and only bring your mobile device to practice. It’s also a lot of fun, just to play around with. i’m enjoying the license free music that is loaded in the system. There’s plenty to get started with. I’m excited to see where this goes with future improvements. Thanks to the enthusiastic and encouraging developer who created this app!
