“Unavailable Service”

I’m on a business trip so I decided to download YOUGO since Uber was banned in Turkey. For some reason it keeps saying “Service is unavailable in this area” and I can not book a ride at ALL! I’m very disappointed considering I can’t go where I have to go and now I have to use the terrible Taxis. Fix your app.
