We have been listening to your feedback on the design and performance of our app so we created v3.0.
In this version, you will still find your favourite and familiar YouGov app features, just with a fresh new look.
We focused on making our app easy on the eyes and much easier to use, we also defeated some pesky bugs along the way which makes our app much smoother.

Love the new layout, too bad Rewards are gone
In the newest version of the app everything is easier to find and use, but the Rewards tab doesn’t exist anymore. All you get is “Check Internet Connection” no matter what. Guess not allowing users to redeem their rewards saves on the budget.
False advertising, mostly a waste of time
I have been using the mobile app for a few weeks now. I was originally given a small amount of points towards rewards for joining. It was stated that participants would receive points for completing surveys that can be used to purchase gift cards and other prizes. Unfortunately I never received any points after my initial sign up, even for completing surveys or the daily activities and questionnaires that would often end up on televised news broadcasts or used in nationally syndicated news articles. I submitted feedback with my email hopes of getting an answer if I could fix this, but still have not received a response after two weeks. I’m going to keep the app because it’s a qualifying pollster for the US Democratic primaries, but I won’t be participating in the ratings system for brands, lifestyle activities, and celebrity recognition, and subsequently deleting it after the election. I’m not interested in submitting marketing data that companies will use to make money without some kind of compensation.
Entirely unusable. Can’t get past log in page.
I signed up in a browser and then downloaded the app as the safari version has some bugs where I can’t type in to search for an option in the ratings without the page breaking and having to reload it. However now when I try to log in on the app it sends a security verification email to my inbox which is fine, I like that my opinions are secure, but without fail every time I click the link in the email to sign in it opens in safari rather than the app so I literally can’t get past the log in page. It is entirely unusable and very poorly designed if it can have such an issue. Honestly, trash.
