Description

Learn how to capture virtually anything and put it on any device anytime, anywhere using Microsoft's OneNote with the always informative and entertaining Gary Grudzinskas! After a quick tour of the conventional Microsoft interface, including the Ribbon and basic tools, Gary starts by showing you how to add all kinds of multimedia, including: text, images screenshots, audio and even video, to your OneNote file.

He also demonstrates the power of OCR (optical character recognition) technology. For instance, have you ever taken a photo of a whiteboard full of notes and struggled to decipher/transcribe it afterward by hand? Well, now you don’t have to because OneNote is there to help!

As you learn to add more and more media into OneNote, there comes a point when you need to actually find everything. This is where Gary’s organization tutorials on tagging and searching your content are invaluable. Gary also shows you how smoothly you can integrate with other software, including, naturally, the MS Office suite.

By the end of this course, you’ll be ready to capture just about anything and place it into OneNote so you can work with it, keep track of it and share it safely with anyone, anytime, anywhere on any device!

Video Does not play

I just spend $13 for a product that doesn't work. I down loaded it twice and still no video. Just a blank window. Hard to rate something that you can't use.

Excellent Course!!!

I recommend this course - This is a very engaging introduction to Microsoft OneNote. At some point in our lives we have all taken notes, we are just taking the ability that we currenlty posses and are transferring to to a digital platform, Gary teaches how to do this seamlessly. This course was well-taught, well organized, clear and concise. Provided a good in-depth instruction on the features and functions of OneNote. The only thing that I was disappointed by was that fact that this OneNote course was for those on a PC rather than a Mac or an iOS device and there are differences between OneNote on a PC and OneNote on a Mac. The OneNote on a Mac doesn’t have all the features discussed/shown in the course - so don’t get fustrated because you aren’t able to duplicate what Gary is teaching. Overall this is a great course to learn about OneNote.
