Your Workout Week allows you to manage personal exercise goals over the course of a week, beginning on whichever weekday makes sense for you. Exercises fall into one of three categories: cardio, weights and abs.
Start by defining custom weekly goals for cardio, weights and abs, using the menu at the top of the screen. Weekly benchmarks for weights and abs are shown in the form of sets while the cardio weekly benchmark is displayed in miles.
To add an activity, select the appropriate exercise from the scrollable picker menu on the left-hand side of the screen and adjust sets/miles to the correct value before committing the activity to record. To remove an activity, simply select the row from your exercise history at the bottom of the screen and press "Delete Activity".
When time comes to begin a new week, select "New Week" in the upper right-hand corner and begin tracking your performance for the new week!
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
