I have been waiting for SO long to finally have a way to consolidate all my financial info together across the dozen different accounts I have because I have to provide it lenders constantly for my different properties!! THIS IS IT! Now I have my accounts hooked up across banks, credit cards, E*Trade, crypto, payroll and even tax (although tax I still have to upload the returns) and I can share all the required documents in one click. Amazing! Plus, all the info is always updated so it’s just set it and forget it in terms of effort. Love the seed phrase piece too…I don’t want anyone seeing my stuff unless I allow it.

I’m going through the mortgage prequal letter process now and it was so annoying until I found this app. I connected all my accounts and it automatically generates the documents I need to share the with the loan officer. Typically the bank wants me to email my statements, and this packages them all up in a zip I can just attach. I actually went to a few banks at the same time to shop rates bc it is so easy.

I’m not great with my finances, everything is scattered everywhere, so this helps me keep track of all those scattered pieces and gives an big picture snap shot. It’s very useful and insightful if you’re like me. Also super convenient for sharing financial data with a third party, I haven’t needed to use that feature yet, but I did a test with my self and it worked great.
