Works very well, fast and smooth

Really like the mobile app. Very user friendly and smooth.

New update fixed nearly everything

Wow. The new update is light years ahead of the old one. Your cameras pop up when you load it. You can move them now and reposition them from your phone. The event timeline works. Just, wow.

Only thing keeping it from a 5-star is the “next event” banner plastered across the camera view. Guys, don’t superimpose buttons over the camera view. This is a phone app. The screen’s not that big. It’s usable if you turn the phone sideways and the view pops into full screen, but it’s still covering up 15-20% of the view.

Terrible, slow and laggy I just gave up on it

Old app I used although not perfect got the job done. This app is crap. I honestly would not know were to start. Ill just state the most important. Almost impossible going to a specific point in the past. It will keep loading and bring you back to live and then sometimes even live freezes. I have to constantly tell it what cameras to bring up to view doesn't auto connect to the cameras. It renders this system useless. Whats the point if security cameras when using this app?!?

Thank you for your feedback. I have a few items that will help address your concerns:

1. You can now save the views you create by tapping the save button in the Views section. This will prevent you from having to recreate the view each time.
2. We do have a date button that allows you to jump to dates in the past. Tap on the button that shows the current date and time, that will show a calendar date picker
3. To help you with the slow loading of your cameras, please use the Feedback button in the app, this will send me the logs from your device and allow me to better figure out what problem your device has in particular
