You've got Mail! - for Gmail 4+

At the moment, I must give this app a minus-1 rating since although I paid for it, I cannot get it to open at all. I contacted the app’s support, but got no response. I have become suspicious of the app and fear I have wasted my money.

I thought the exact same thing as Sang Ze below. I couldnt get it to open no matter what I tried. I thought I’d chalk it up to a less then $2 loss. After thinking about it for a minute, I looked through the app information and found a support email address and sent a brief message. no lying, almost instantly I received an email Hong Wee asking for more details. After writing that I couldnt get it to open, This is his response;

First of all, thanks for purchasing the app and thanks for contacting me, can you give me more context?

As the app is a menubar app, after launching the app you will not see it on your dock; instead it will appear on your menubar. Please see if it appears on your menubar. I’d attached a screenshot alongside this email.

I like the app because you don't have to look too far to see if you have mail, but it would be better with an option for sound .
