Pretty good but can’t sign in
The headphones are amazing and the app has so much potential! For some reason it won’t let me log in to my account which prevents me from accessing some of the features on the headphones. A bit disappointing but the product is great. I feel like I’m missing out on the extra features though.
Elf ears
The only thing I would like to see from these is a little bit more bass but other than that these are amazing
Terrible driver and app
The sound driver will not download and install on my pc which operates on windows 10. The app has broken buttons. You cannot use the Contact us button, the About us button, Help or any Orders button.
So basically, no tech support and no sound driver for a better sound quality.
