Great little app provided you only want to have a single phone plan. You can’t manage multiple phones/sims from the app and you have to create multiple accounts, one for each phone. You can also forget about tech support: it takes them days to answer a query and they never fix the situation, they only ask for more information.

I just love this, no hassle, no bells and whistles to go through while choosing one's needs. Using the app is super easy and to the point. Signal is top also while traveling, roaming absolutely fantastic.

This is by far the best experience to sign up for a cell plan! I just live it! Flexible to change plans before traveling, prices are more than competitive! Just WOW!

Even though the app states you can use your passport to verify your identity that is not 100% true. Wasted 45 min trying to scan my passport and every time I got an error.

Just doesn’t get connected

It works with my passport but cannot see home address so I tried to edit my home address and it could not it. Also does not work with Romanian Residency permit. Avoid.
