Good Service but customer support could be better

Usually no complaints on yupptv. It works well and good.

But they could do better in customer support area.

Below are couple of instances highlighting above feedback.
1) I had to contact customer support to understand how the recent app update on sony blueray player disturbed fast forward/rewind functions. Customer support elaborated to use navigations in place regular fast forward buttons. It took about couple weeks and couple of customer support calls to understand this and no version history has any mention on this. There should have been at least version history reference and/or an email to impacting customers while app is being revised/fixed.
2) Few months back we used to have Maa Tv part of our subscription. Looks like due to some cost/benefit concers Yupptv didn’t wanted to telecast MaaTv instead replaced MaaTv with Gemini channels eventually. This is one situation (and a big chane) where there was no clue or whatsoever (neither support calls got connected) and it usually took few months to understand reason by some fellow customers who could luckily got to catch up customer support teams. An email while the change was occurring giving valid reasons could have made some difference in this experience.

Worst app ever!!!

This is the worst app I ever used.. I regret for buying subscription altogether.
Too many adds ..sometimes same add repeats over 10 times before I can access the live stream or catch up. I seriously wonder why these guys are charging for subscription when they are making fortune on ads(looks like it is)... the companies giving these guys ads need to realize that people will likely build hatred towards their products with such abuse of ads here!! Seriously I’m not gonna renew this subscription!!

P.S: I have received standard response from the so called developers that I’m sure was copy pasted at least 600 times.
80% of the negative and one star ratings on this app were around ads. I really wonder why this guy is so thirsty about money from ads when he is actually charging for the service. These guys are extremely greedy and commercial to the core. I hope they shutdown the business soon. I’m done with this.. deleting the app and will never ever buy this subscription and will ensure none of my friends or family ever buy this.. This is no better than stealing..

Good service

Using yupp tv for the past 5 years. Was using channel live before. Because of their bad customer service we switched to yupp. Yupp has good customer service and have mostly resolved my issues immediately.

Their service is good. One thing is they could bring back the star vijay and star channels. Local ads came inbetween and when I called and complained them they made it to stop and now I don’t get any ads in between.

Their web series are also so cool. Good service.
