This controller is designed to be an interface between a smart device (phone) and the recently introduced Elac Discovery Z3 wireless speaker, providing customizable equalization. Sadly, regardless of connection mode to the speaker (Bluetooth or router) this app introduces noticeable distortion regardless of volume levels or source material. The Z3 is the best sounding wireless speaker available for the money but having no usable EQ will be a deal breaker for many audiophiles.
Horrible app
The speaker is amazing but the app is bad bad bad. Does not connect and when it does it crashes all the time. It is unfortunate that a great brand and speaker releases such a bad app. I hope they can update it soon
One year later... not much new
Same poor interface. App can’t find the Z3 even when I’m listening to it. Etc. etc.
