Description
zaCalc is a calculator for making Pizza Dough. It uses time and temperature to calculate the estimated optimal amount of sourdough, and will output the complete recipe needed.
zaCalc also supports the saving of recipes for later use, and comes with four predefined recipes.

Great app for sourdough users.
There are a lot of people who will have no idea what to do with this app. But if you make pizza with sourdough and you generally know what you are doing, this helps to predict how much starter to use given however much time you intend to ferment given whatever temperature you will be using at various times.
