I was very much in favour of using this app when I was first introduced to it 2 years ago. Setting up was very streamlined and swift. It was great back then. But greed of course, like with many firms around these parts, took the front seat when they put real-time pricing behind a subscription paywall. You guys already charge transaction fees buying/selling and you’re already the largest fintech app in the region so your trade base is already high. Isn’t that already enough??Also the app has numerous visual bugs with elements overlapping when scrolling and inexcusable bugs like 52 Week Low showing twice with the low AND high price. Should be fixed asap. Also transaction times are very very slow (over 3 days just to make a deposit). I can make transfers from NBK to foreign accounts on the same day worst case scenario the very next day. Get it together please.

I don’t recommend anyone using this app since they over charge you for almost anything and everything! There are many apps that can offer the same with no fees. I hope you guys don’t add your money here ! Find somewhere else. You can’t sell your stock that you own if you don’t have a cash balance because they want to charge you before selling! And you might miss a great value to sell like what happened to me and can’t get the money unless business days !

I was excited to use it but unfortunately when I tried to set it up, the app isn’t accepting any password that I create even though I follow the rules of the password creation exactly my password is not accepted. The sign up button does not light up, and I cannot sign up to create an account in this app. I hope the company can fix this floor so people can sign up.
