Very Good Experience
It’s my first time trying to order groceries from an app, and I’m lucky that I choose Zad. The lady who called me from the store was professional and quick to replace one item she couldn’t find. The driver arrived within the requested time, and put all the grocery bags at my doorstep. One thing I would like to be fixed, is to add the option to choose 1/4 or 1/2 KGs. Thanks, and sure I’ll order again soon.

I really wanted this app to be my next best app to use and I hope you take my review into consideration because I do see the value this can bring to me, the end user.
It’s to complex. Please make it more user friendly. The shopping page is so crowded, I can’t easily scroll up and down. Remember, I am using it on my phone and the screen is small, I need to see what I need to see to shop easily, and that is the products. I wanna see as much product as I can, and now, with the current app, I can only see 2 products on my phone screen when I scroll down, because the page is soo crowded.
Please don’t start selling perfumes!!! When I go into an app to get my grocery, I just want to get my groceries. Maybe show me fancier Grocury items, but not something that’s completely a different category.
How about the return policy?? I get fruits or vegetables that are not good quality, a wrong item, or an item that I just changed my mind and no longer want to use!! If I bought it from the supermarket just across the street, I can easily return it, but I can’t do that with Zad.
Bad customer support and faulty app
These are the facts from my case and you shall make your own decision.
I order some items they said it will be delivered from 4-6 pm. At 5:30 pm I used the app chat function to inform them Still did not receive any calls about the products, but I did not receive any replays.
I canceled the order and went and bought what I needed from the store. Later that day I received a call from a driver asking about the order to deliver it, I informed him that I already canceled the order and bought my stuff.
Customer support replied and said the delay is because I did not reply to them. I asked them to canceled my order and they said they would.
I received a call from a driver asking about the order details to deliver it. I also informed him My order is already canceled according to customer support.
Up to this day (6 April) I have requested to cancel my order more than 4 times and still did not receive my money back. And it looks like that my order still on the waiting list for some reason.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
