Bad service and customer service

Unfortunately very expensive and bad service

Intentionally Manipulated Me

Regardless of all the years this company has been stealing people’s money, it lately started making them sign contracts that they know nothing about. I was visiting Jordan for a month and I purchased a Mifi (Carriable Wifi). I went to an authorized seller and explained my situation and that I will only be in Jordan for a month, signed some papers, payed for my 1 month purchase, and got the Mifi. 2 months later, they informed me that I signed a year contract and that if I don’t make my monthly payments, they will file a lawsuit. The contract wasn’t available for revocation and cancellation would cost more than the amount of payments I would pay in 12 months.
I have heard the exact same story happen with a few people I know and that it’s the new way this company makes its money.

I highly don’t recommend this company due to their different strategies of scamming people. If you insist on using it, just be extra careful and read every single word on any paper you sign.

Zero Support & Fake Charges!!!

1) Zain will not hesitate to stop your account, if you exceed an imaginary limit (they set but don’t tell you about)- even if you exceed it by 1 JD. Yet Zain will take weeks and weeks to correct any mistake to refund any amount, that they incorrectly debited from your account.

2) Zain knows about, and therefore SUPPORTS, the fake MMS advertising that automatically CHARGES you REPEATEDLY every few days. This may take you a while to notice on your bill. They will eventually will stop if you call them, BUT will never refund the debited amounts.
They will tell you that you approved these charges BUT PROVIDE NO PROOF.
