Can't pay anymore
Since last week the pay now option is not showing. I can't pay for anything using the app.
Reliable 5G service in Egaila
I was using another service but kept getting service losses once or twice a week and had to reboot router frequently. Signed up for Zain and haven’t had to reboot yet and my Speedtest down was well over 600Mbps and 90 up.
Disappointing
For +4 years i’ve been using this application to monitor my monthly usage and pay my bills. And for the same amount of years I’ve been experiencing issues with the application and its functions..
Frequent error messages, invalid contract number, not logging in, not remembering the password (even after saving on Apple Keychain), face ID not working, non responsive adding service features, and similar issues..
You would think the problems get solved after each update with bug fixes, but they don’t. I started using the website for any transactions. Don’t waste your time downloading the application.
Very disappointing for a telecom service as well managed as Zain!
