Through Zain SA application you can manage all your services whether calls or data, prepaid or postpaid. From the dashboard, you can view your current benefits and usage, mange your account, and access many other services, such as:

Review billing history, mange bill payment or recharge via (credit card, Sadad, recharge cards) and control your credit limit. Subscribe to any service and check latest offers. While roaming, you can review all compatible network with best rates and packages. Via Zain SA you can assign your ring back tone, buy new one or gift it, review the latest ring tones and subscribe to it using your Zain credit. You can also benefit from “call me” service directly from app.

U can do better if u have money

The app existence just to approve to us that they have put something on the apple store,

the app is complicated and not showing how many accounts or profile you have, even password changing is glitchy step I couldn’t get over it till now, every time I try to change nothing happened in both web and app, maybe server problem,,

I wish u guys can learn something from stc app,

Both of u are ridicules but at least stc has an organized and easy app that shows every details I need and not glitching every time I login,

I’m using all the 3 companies sims and apps but I prefer none of them I’m just stuck with them till some company come and save us all from these none-sense offers and bills we receive every month,

U can do better I know U have money,,,

and tell ur guys to stop wasting the time and answer our calls, waiting time shouldn’t be 57 mins, then the system cut me off with no reason, and the app waiting time was 14 mins but I waited 2 hours and no ones replied!!

I want to stop but i keep remembering bad things u did in the past thats funny,

الخلاصه اعرف لكم سمكري يمديه يضبط سيرفراتكم الخربانه و يجي معه هديه كتاب تطوير الذات وزعوه على بعض الموظفين عشان يعجلون علينا وقت الانتظار في الجوال،، ما ودي اطول لكن اكتبوا في قوقل "كيف نصير مثل stc على الاقل" ادخل ثاني رابط و ان شاء الله تعرف ..

فيه ناس عاطلين وظفوهم و تحلون ٩٠٪؜ من مشاكلكم ان شاء الله،، اتمنى ذلك،،،

Bad Boys 2020 ,

Very poor service

Before it was good service but now they have very poor customer service, I been many times in their store but seems the representative trying to brush me off by saying I doesn’t have this service in my store and you should charge your net SIM card online but when I did it, they didn’t activate the service and I been calling for almost three days till I got a female representative who was be able to active it.
Maybe they just know how to get people money.

Poor app with no support

Ive been almost a year and cant use the app because of wrong mapping, Several times I raised the issue and the response, we will fix it the next update and guess what ? It wasn't fixed at all. Poor application its from poor management direction and poor IT in this company. Being a customer give you an insights that investing in Zain is not good idea at the time being.

If there is A ZERO rating, be sure that you truly deserve it.
