To add on to the 1st review Once you let them know, you know that it’s a 1099 and not a 9 to 5 they can retaliate by taking away trips giving you one to two trips for the day and you never can reach anyone.. meanwhile, there’s people that get over 10 trips a day their favorites maybe be like two people they make sure they get all their trips plus more meanwhile everyone else gets zero to two trips. They also retaliate by giving you multiple trips under $12 mostly $8-$10. Meanwhile certain people get all the $14-$20 trips.Dnt waste your time!!

Not bad if you’re willing to check your account earnings daily and constantly ask to correct your earnings. The company finds many reasons to take away your pay/guarantee daily. Example: Puts trips for to be picked up already late and then refuse to pay you because they say you were late for pick up. You’re brought on as an independent contractor, but your treated and expected to operate as an employee. They’ll say your hours are 7am - 5pm and put trips for 5:30 and later at times.

I’ve noticed that I get quick responses from the support when I need it. The app is getting better over time. I’m sure it’ll keep growing and improving.
