Zara Home ٤+

Although initially I did not get this app because of all the negative reviews but then one day when I came across the app again I decided to read the reviews in which I found the reviews were not about the quality of the products or fair prices of which I assumed they would be but rather the negative reviews were about the app. Now that I have learned that everyone does not write a review directed to the intent of the app I no longer discount any particular app that has negative reviews until I learn where the negative reviews are actually being directed. With that said, I have found that the items from Zara Home are quality products, that are described accurately, and offered at a fair price.

To find a special gift for a friend or especially a grand child, the portfolio of choices to gift are remarkable and some I have never seen here where I live. Perfect gift, wooden toy coffee maker, for a little child who enjoys serving and being just like her mom preparing coffee! Quite an extensive and vivid imagination manifested while playing with her own coffee maker! 👍🏽 Great toy!

Package was sent to wrong town by FedEx. I have contacted FedEx and was told to contact sender(Zara) to address the issues. I reached out via contact form(never received reply) and chat(no assistance but was told they will pass out information and get back to me via email). Hope they will actually do something since I sent them all screenshots to prove that package somehow went to wrong town. But Zara has bad reviews so we’ll see.

【Update】
I have received email from Zara that said “package has been delivered”.
They clearly ignored all information and prove that package was dropped at wrong town.
I connected to chat again with hope that they can see the log but it seems as if they aren’t reading anything so I had to explain same thing again. Eventually they refunded me.

If you have issues just call and don’t let them hang up until they actually slove the issues. And be sure to check all reviews on online, apparently some people wait months to get their refund or replacement, if I had known I would’ve shopped at different brands. I will give them one star for having chat on app and actually issued refunds.
