QR Code Scanning with App:
In the new version of the app, there is an enhanced functionality when scanning QR codes. Users now have the option to choose between two options:
- Retrieve Data (as before): Users receive the information that was linked with the QR code, similar to the previous functionality.
- View Documentation (new!): Users can now access relevant documentation associated with the scanned machine or product.
Portal with PDF Documents:
In the portal, possibly on the website or platform connected to the app, PDF documents can now be uploaded and assigned to specific machines or products. These documents could include operating manuals or other pertinent information. When a user scans the QR code of a machine and then views the documentation, the associated PDF documents are displayed.
MS Forms and Surveys:
The integration of MS Forms allows for the creation of surveys. These surveys can contain specific questions or seek feedback about the machines or products. Users have the option to fill out the surveys while also accessing the documentation.
