Needs some work

I started to order through the pickup option and it wouldn’t let me switch to delivery. I had to close the app and start over.
Also, please add PayPal, ApplePay or some digital payment. People don’t want to give or store their cc info with Zeeks. I don’t know how well you maintain your security.
Also, please tracking. I want to know where my order is.

So bad, I starved to death

Ok not quite, but I spent 30 minutes going in a circle as the new website they've got loading in the app apparently wasn't ever tested on an iPhone. It offers no way to login, you must hit Order. Then you must choose a location from six squares where the geographically closest location isn't among them, have to hit Other locations, then I have to enter my address, but I have an account... but ok, so I select Condo from their drop-down, an apartment number is a required field but I don't have one, ok change to House and enter address again, then the page half flicker reloads, everything new and meaningful is beneath the bottom of the screen so I sat there trying to figure out why I wasn't going anywhere, I had to scroll down to see the time of order was required, Immediately was selected by default, I had to hit a button further down off screen. At some point I hit Menu and it loops me back through needing to choose a location.... ...... ..........I do, then delicately try Menu again, this time make it to Login where I enter my account info, login, and if you click the wrong link, boom, back to the start page to hit Order and start over. Just a new low for an app that was already so bad I've only ever been able to suspect the developer is a blood relative of the owners or has dirt on them, because wow is it inexcusably bad in 2022, it was bad in 2016, maybe passable in 2012. Please, INVEST IN A NEW SOLUTION, please God please.

This has got to be the single worst app I have ever used. The flow is confusing and counter intuitive. Performance is slow. There is no “back” button so I was constantly struggling to navigate. It forces you to make choices that don’t make sense. Want a challenge? Try ordering a half n half pizza. I guarantee you won’t get it right until your third try. Literally took 15 minutes to place my order and by the time I got to check out there were two extra pizzas in the cart. Just a miserable experience. They really need to throw this out, hire a new developer, and make something simple and user friendly. I like the pizza but the app is so bad I won’t be ordering again.
