Zeera is transforming how we incorporate mental wellness into our daily routine with a new mental health care model that members engage with anonymously. Inspired by the principles behind group therapy, Zeera combines therapist-tools, therapist lessons, and real-member stories about lived experience facing mental health concerns, packaged in an easy-to-use, lightweight platform.

How does Zeera work?

Look, sometimes we hide parts of who we are - whether we are covering up a recurring childhood memory, how we feel when we look in the mirror, or those pangs of doubt we feel about our closest relationships. At Zeera, we offer a safe space to explore all of our feelings. Because every feeling counts. Open Zeera, when you're nervous before a big meeting, when you're dwelling on an argument you had weeks ago, or when you want to practice the art of saying 'no'. Come to Zeera to be the realest version of you.


MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES

SIGNATURE AUDIO LIBRARY

Approachable and digestible sessions across a variety of topics that provide something for everyone no matter where they find themselves on their mental wellness journey. You can listen to a two minute session, or sit and listen to longer collections for hours. Available anytime, anywhere.

- A guided reflection to help you cope with a lot of change
- Talking or oversharing? Learn how to make the call


THERAPIST-CREATED TOOLS

Licensed therapists create research-based therapy tools encompassing a wide array of therapeutic techniques including CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, among others to help you better reflect and take actionable steps to discover what best serves your mental health. Tools give you the techniques you can use in your day-to-day life to navigate whatever comes your way.


STORIES

Listen and connect to stories from real people about their lived experiences that impact mental health with the ability for you to share your own, while remaining anonymous.


GROUPS

Members have the opportunity to meet our therapists directly through weekly, anonymous groups, covering a variety of mental health topics. These include workshops and interactive conversations, led by our in-house, licensed therapists. These live, anonymous (cameras-off, names hidden) conversations foster community, teach valuable skills, and integrate mental health knowledge into daily life.


Subscription pricing and terms:

Zeera offers an auto-renewing monthly subscription at $23.99/month and an auto-renewing yearly subscription at $244.99/year to provide you with unlimited access to audio content within Zeera while you maintain an active subscription.

Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your Apple ID account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Real is IT!!!!!

I was listening to my pathway while driving to work yesterday and Real suddenly clicked. I kept rewinding a session to think about what my therapist was telling me and then I would go back to my reflection to think about the question and I was getting MYSELF to really work through early messaging I received as a kid . . . and I thought “ok wait am I forming a relationship with my therapist or am I forming a relationship with myself?” And then it CLICKED. Of courseeeee! It seems so obvious now - I’m supposed to form a relationship with MYSELF. I’m the one living my life, I need to understand myself, I need to support myself, only I can catch myself in the moment and move myself forward. I LOVE REAL. Let’s go mental health!!!!!!! Changed my life!

The new change ruined Real!!!

I absolutely loved Real and it stood out to me from other apps, because it had long sessions that were better than therapy, to me. All other apps had the short clips to listen to that felt like someone was just trying to temporarily make me “feel better”, rather than helping me understand and change. The old Real actually made me understand my emotions, anxiety, and how to manage them. The reflections and challenges helped me incorporate that understanding into my days and my life. Now, it sounds more like motivational speeches or hearing someone say “you can do it!”, when you are sitting there wanting to know HOW. There is no way that Real took all that valuable information, reflections, and challenges… and just trashed them. I wanted to go back and do the Communication pathway, with my boyfriend this time, and I knew it would help us work on that aspect. Now, I don’t even know where to begin to help our communication. I will unfortunately be deleting my subscription and I hope that the old Real will return.

Journaling that actually helps

I’ve been to traditional therapy many times, and struggled with feeling like it exists in a vacuum for the one hour a week or month—Real makes my mental health feel like part of my every day, actual life. Many of my therapists have talked to me about journaling, I’ve read tons of articles about how healthy journaling can be, but it’s always felt too vague. What am I supposed to write? I love that Real provides specific, meaningful prompts that *actually* help me better understand myself and my relationships. The content of Pathways also gives me new perspectives and information to integrate when I get to the part of writing.
