Absolutely not ready for prime time
I've been trying to use this app to place an order. Keeping the fact that I've not seen open slots for the last month aside - that could have been due to legitimate reasons - the app itself is difficult to work with. Half of my touches to select products or taps on buttons don't register, scrolling stops working, and the search isn't effective. Im really unhappy with this app and service which has a name and a logo that are suspiciously similar to Instacart's.
Frustrating to use
It’s just bit the app that’s bad. Tried using the web app and that’s broken too. I realize the whole rush to make money with Covid but what’s the point in a delivery app that doesn’t work?
Very good service
It’s so convenient to be able to get halal meat delivered home especially now, during COVID. Thank you for the service.
