Relaxing and Tranquil
For years I have struggled with anxiety and getting enough sleep at night. The first time I used this app, I practiced their inhaling exercises prior to bed time. I followed this by using the guided meditations and found that the calm and soothing sounds felt so natural. The sounds were so tranquil that my wife and I noticed I was drifting off to sleep quicker than usual. I definitely recommend this for anyone who may have difficulty with gaining the right amount of sleep.
Very relaxing gives my mind something to concentrate on rather then my mind constantly racing! Highly recommend app it really makes a difference!
