I don’t know how the app does it, but it has waken me during my lightest sleep two days in a row and I feel refreshed. I might have to upgrade, because the free app doesn’t have all the features and there are some annoying ad pop-ups. Otherwise, I am satisfied after two nights.
This is crap
Turned this stupid alarm OFF, it turns itself back on. The only way to stop this piece of crap from going off when you're trying to sleep is to change the alarm time to something ridiculous like 11pm. It will not turn off no matter how many times you turn it off, it turns itself back on once you leave the alarm seeing screen. This app is gone so I don't ever use it again by accident and rub another night's sleep. Much better out there - that STAY OFF when I turn them off. All I wanted was the sleep tracking. I could've just stayed awake and may as well have because after less thantwo hours of sleep this piece of crap woke me up so I get NO MORE SLEEP and I have stuff I have to do today, would've loved to get more than an hour's sleep and I won't give this piece of crap the opportunity to ruin my night ever again.

I’ve been looking for a less “alarming” alarm clock. I like the features that allow for more natural waking through you sleep patterns. The sounds are pleasing and even can track dreams and factors that can affect sleep. Ironically I’m writing this at almost 1am on a weekday, hoping I can sleep. Creators well done!! Thank you!!❤️👏
