Easy for Employees and Managers to Use
The app really helps with so many of Zenefits' features! You can have part-time employees record their clock in and clock out through the phone, AND have managers accept it through the app as well!
You can also request time off and get it approved all through the app which really saves time if you need to do it last minute
One thing that might be a great addition is having access to employee's documents on the app for easier and faster access

Zenefits mobile app is such a life saver I can’t imagine working without it. You can easily clock in and out, track your hours, request time off, and see your entire company org chart. You have your coworkers contact information at your fingertips which has come in handy countless times. You can submit claims to your commuter benefits, look up your health care information. The list goes on and on... if you’re considering this product for your workers, stop searching and buy it already! Your employees will thank you immensely.

Another person criticized the clocking in method -- this is a setting that your business admin can change. They choose how you log hours (punch card, manual in/out/lunch, hours per day, or no time keeping). It's not Zenefits' fault.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
