THE SCIENCE BEHIND MINDFULNESS MEDITATION TRAINING
In an eight-week, laboratory-controlled experiment, Zenify-style mindfulness training was shown to increase gray matter concentration within the left hippocampus, temporo-parietal junction and the posterior cingulated cortex. These areas of the brain are involved in learning, memory, emotion regulation, self-referential processing and perspective-taking.

I love how the tasks are short and simple, yet do so very much to get me in present time, putting myself in perspective with whatever is going on around me. Tuning out of all of everything for a few short minutes to become one with myself and remember me again. Very nice, thank you. Good mindfulness app
Fun and short assignments and reminders for mindfulness tasks around 5 minutes long. I use it all day, trying to tune in more. I wish you could adjust the hours (my day is from noonish to 2-3 AM and it would be useful to have them near bed or later too, just not while I'm sleeping. Minor request!
This is becoming one of my favorites!
I love this app. Several times a day, they send a new exercise- you choose how long to do it. They suggest 1 to 3 minutes each. So they fit easily into the day. Not only do they help practice mindfulness in the midst of the day, the exercises are fun and fresh, and stimulate new perspectives.
