Hi Team Zenus, I am a foreigner living in Italy and i work in Italy and have Italian resident permit can I open a us Zenus account? Because they I read where they wrote the 50$ is not refundable kindly reply

Hello, thank you very much for your review and rating, we really appreciate it! Please be advised that yes, you may open a Zenus account if you reside in Italy. Also, there is a non-refundable $50 application fee for a Zenus account. This is payable whether you are approved for an account with us or not. We charge this fee to cover the costs we incur in doing the required regulatory checks for each application. If you have questions or concerns, you can email us at Clientservices@zenus.com or call us at +1-833-936-8711. Client Services agents are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (AST).

They charge $50 fee to submit application!

They want to charge everyone a $50 fee to apply for their “service” which is a great way to scam people into paying money to “apply” and then they reject you, keep the $50, and rinse and repeat. I wasn’t low IQ enough to apply, but I’ve never seen anything like this where you need to pay to apply. It’s legitimate businesses do not request anyone pay before they approve you. You’ve been warned! They’ll take you right up Uranus.
