Please Fix The problems
I love this app, When It works of course, I subscribe every month for this planner and it’s great but Iv had the app crash on me over 30 times this week and on top of that it says I’m not subscribed to the monthly plan when I am. Iv canceled and resubscribed and same message deleted the app and still having this problem so as of now I’m winging my routes. Please fix ASAP.

Issues with image capture
Love the app but I’m really upset about this issue happening right now. I have been using the app and using the image capture with no issues and out of nowhere a few hours ago image capture won’t work for me now. It allows me to click on image capture and my photos come up and it allows me to select a picture but when I hit select it just goes back to the previous screen where it says image capture again and it doesn’t proceed to the process button screen. Nothing happened on my phone for it to change suddenly and stop working. I have deleted and installed the app again and it’s still not working. I use this for my job. Need it fixed ASAP please. This affects my $$&

Could be better
I like the app, it’s a start to something that can be really great. If there were a way to merge routes or delete (edit) stops without it restarting with all the stops all over again that would be great.
It could be because I use it on Apple devices and I HAVE TO LOG IN every time I change devices it’s a pain!
Would like to see a FAQ section for help or at least a Help button and actually receive a reply or response.

Hi, You can edit a route by clicking on the '+' icon on 'On Ride' page and select 'edit route'. The app will give you an option to 'edit whole route' or 'edit remaining stops'. We have a dedicated customer support team who is available 24 hours to help you with any queries. We will assist you and share screen recordings with you for your guidance on any step you want to perform.
